Some big energy policy movers and shakers are gathering for a forum called "National Clean Energy Project: Building the New Economy" at the Center for American Progress in Washington, D.C. The half-day event will be streamed live online from 10 AM-12:30 PM:

The Center for American Progress' Action fund is holding this high-level strategy session with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, President Bill Clinton, Vice President (and Nobel Prize winner) Al Gore, Energy Secretary (and also Nobel Prize winner) Steven Chu, Interior Secretary Ken Salazar, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Senator Jeff Bingaman (D-NM), and Representative Ed Markey (D-MA).
