i love my sister and my mom. i cried the other day thinking about what the future may hold for them. i'm not so worried about myself, i know i can handle crisis. but my mom has been through so much in her life, and my sister is too young to understand the meaning of all this. because politicians won't do their job and serve their citizens, my sister will most likely have to set aside her dreams to pick up the slack and fight for her own and human survival. i know she will do this because she is a warm and caring person. why must all our young people pay for the mistakes of government? i want her to see the northwest as i saw it as a child for the rest of her life. shes 15 and i'm afraid all the beauty of our nation's ecosystems will be mere shadows of their former glory by the time she is 30. please. i beg you. take action.
