As I see more financial predictions and the suggestions to invest in foreign countries, due to a shift in economic power, I only feel stronger in our need to follow through with the conversion of our energy sources. This is costly, but is necessary and a progressive requirement to meet the needs of our future. Yes Congress must support this change wisely, and should be encouraging all of our US citizens to invest within this country financially. They may not see an immediate return on their investment, but this is the only way for our country to survive and prosper in the future. Consider it not only an investment in the environmental health of our children, but an economic investment in their future. We must all work together. Is that not possible. Our leadership is working hard for this, we must all follow suit. It is crucial if we do not want to be subserviant to China and other world superpowers.
