My friends and family gathered at Battle Point Park on Bainbridge this weekend to paint our banner to send to congress. We highlighted the things we love about our Island- its beautiful conifers, its salmon, its pileated woodpeckers, the snow-covered mountains surrounding it. All these natural resources are threatened by climate change, and it is imperative we do whatever we can to reduce the effects of climate change, both by personally taking action and demanding it of our government.
