We stayed for two days, one night at the Northeast Climate Confluence held in High Falls, NY from July 30 - August 3. The purpose of the event was to bring activists from the Northeast from climate, social justice, and jobs organizations together to strengthen our movements and empower us to bring positive changes to our communities.
At the climate confluence, we met some interesting people from other organizations, related to both climate and social justice. We attended a couple of climate workshops and handed out literature about 1Sky and its role in helping the climate crisis. It was good to see other like-minded people.
