Advocates of passing climate change legislation concede that chances of getting anything through Congress this year are pretty much shot. But they are still planning a robust calendar of recess events to hold senators’ feet to the fire for failing to move a bill. Clean Energy Works, 350.org, the BlueGreen Alliance, 1Sky and other groups are getting ready to roll out a series of coordinated and separate events targeting swing vote senators.
